Retrospective Behind the Scenes

Andy Kawa Photography Videographer: Luke Parmeter
Site: http://www.lpmultimedia.com

Equipment Used: Canon 60D, Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 VC

Unique Challenges: The weather! This was the coldest video shoot I've ever done! Not to mention it was my first "real" shoot with a DSLR camera. Plus it was at night with artifical lights!

Luckily I had all the settings dialed in and the footage turned out great. I shot everything at 60 frame per second, which helped lengthen the final video because I knew they wouldn't be riding that long.

Favorite Shot: Definitely the clip at :21 seconds in. I was standing to the left of the ramp, with my camera pointed right where Justin would be launching. As he rotated the flip, his headlight lit up the snow falling off his track, and it made for one unique shot!
